So just what is NLP?
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) isn’t built on magic or some newly discovered “wonder drug.”

The basis of the NLP experience is – simply – YOU and your brain.

More specifically, NLP allows us to take advantage of the effects of both verbal and non-verbal communication on our brains, giving us more control over what we thought were automatic functions – those little “subconscious” urges that make us light up a cigarette, order another cocktail or eat a double cheeseburger instead of the vegetable plate.

The result is that you learn how to gain control over your own thoughts, your so-called will power and, in effect, your entire life.

The basic premise of NLP is that our actions reflect an inner, subconscious perception of our issues, so if our perceptions are inaccurate, as long as we continue to use them, the underlying problem will persist.

In other words, our attitudes create a self-fulfilling prophecy. Once you learn how to think in a way that matches your true goals, you will be on your way to effective, safe and long-lasting weight loss.
